Play Scotland Conference November 2008
I know feedback is important to the Racecourse and I would like to pass on mine. The venue and hotel are absolutely fantastic. The staff in both the hotel and the conference suite are all extremely professional and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them anything we required was done in a quick and efficient manner.
The food at the Gala Dinner was lovely, and breakfast was plentiful (all the delegates who had full cooked commented on this).
The hotel accommodation was fantastic. Delegates at the conference venue all commented on the toilets in that there was, first and foremost, loads and also how clean they were.
I would, without hesitation, definitely recommend the venue to anyone.

Scottish Childmminding Association October 2008 I would like to thank you and the staff for all your hard work and support with our 2008 Conference and AGM on Friday 24 and Saturday 25 October.Please pass on our thanks to all the event staff, who over the two days provided excellent service. Overall the event was very succesful, the feedback and the evaluations were overwhelmingly positive with excellents comments from the delegates. Many of our delegates commented on the quality of the food, accommodation and friendly staff.

British Association Teachers of Dancing November 2008
As President of the British Association of Teachers of Dancing I would lkie to take this opportunity to than you for the lovely hospitality I recevied at both the hotel and the Events Centre the weekend of 7/8/9 November.
The hotel went above and beyond its duty in service . Your Events Centre Banqueting Manager, Ian, was superior in his service to the organization making himself available at our beck and call . He was an absolute pleasure too work with and had our best interests in mind. He was pleasant, accommodating and genuinley a very nice person. So much so that we are strongly considering returning yo your venue for our 2010 event.

Hansel Foundation Ball September 2008
We're 'walkin on sunshine' thanks to another superb evening on Saturday night!We would like to extend our sincere thanks to all the staff at the Princess Royal Centre, in particular, Ian and Catherine who both made the entire event run smoothly. It was great working with the team and we appreciate all their help during the afternoon and throughout the evening.
Our guests has a wonderful night, everyone said how much they thoroughtly enjoyed their meal and all were served so efficiently.

Butterfly Events 2007 and 2008As the organiser and founder of "Butterfly Events" in aid of Cancer Research UK, I cannot speak highly enough about the staff and venue at Ayr Racecourse.
When I made my first venue visit in October 2006 to the Princess Royal Suite, I was very impressed by its size and staff, and realised it would be perfect for my first event. It has been the best decision I have ever made.
The staff has been and continues to be, extrenely helpful in the co-ordinating, set up and throughout my events themselves
This year, I was delighted to be able to organise the VERY FIRST event in the new 'Ayrshire Suite' The evening was most succesful and the suite itself looked amazing, from its changeable overhead lighting system to set the mood, to it's high-tech in house AV equipment displaying our presentations and speeches around the room and 5 bars serving our 620 guests.
The success has been so great I have booked my next 2 events this year and the Annual Ball in 2009!
